         <description><![CDATA[<div>Well the past few weeks have been rough for my goal....the "polar vortex" really stopped me from leaving my warm/comfortable bed, and I was not able to get to the gym as much as I would have liked. Unfortunately, this week is going to be tough as well, as I am going on vacation. I leave Thursday morning, so I am going to try and make it to the gym before work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Wish me luck :)</div>]]></description>
