Corona Virus is causing for me and my family a lot of stress and anxiety. I constantly feel insecure about the next day and about what times are about to come. The most I worry about the world that my son will grow up in and I feel powerless and unable to protect him.<br><br>I could reckon that I am stressed because of the way my body is acting. Most of the time I feel tired, I feel sick, I am not able to eat or sleep, really sensitive and I even started to lose hair because of it.  </div>]]></description>

         <title>Stress is a state when I feel paralized and anxious and scared. My heart beat is much faster than usual, I shake, I can not gather my thoughts, my throat is closed so I can barely speak. Often I want to cry to release the emotions. Lately my landlady stressed me trying to make me feel guilty about going outside during lockdown. I was stressed as she can easily tell me to move out. Lockdown is stressful as I can not meet with friends and visit my family. I have not seen my family in Poland almost 2 years! People say there is a good type of stress which motivates you to act faster, but personally I prefer to call that state excitment.</title>
