I am from Bogotá, Colombia, Currently living in Cáqueza, Cundinamarca. I live in an apartment together with my aunt Dora, my uncle Carlos my cousin Valentina and my sister Paula. Cáqueza is located in vía Villavicencio two hours from Bogotá, it is a small town but very tourist with intresting places such as the sanctuary of the “Virgin of Monruta”, it`s church quite large and striking, on the main road is located the hospital San Rafael known for it`s and antiquity, the main park where we find the town`s trade and the most important typical restaurants, there is prepared the best “picada” (typical colombian food) of eastern Cundinamarca, with approximately 17.050 inhabitants. It is a town that stands out for the kindess of the people. 

I usually get up at eight o`clock of the morning, eat breakfast at nine thirty and lunch at one o`clock in the afternoon. I go to work at three o`clock in the afternoon, usually walking, i come home at seven o`clock of the evening, when i arrive from work i take a break, then i eat dinner at eight o`clock of the evening and finally go to bed at ten o`clock. Some weekends i work, others did University homework and other times i go out with my boyfriend. 

I live in Caqueza, a colombian town in the department of Cundinamarca, in my town the most touristic places are Main park, Virgin hill of monruta, Mountain of the blade and the Malecon of the caqueza river. 

The typical food in my town is the Piquete caqueceño, it is a dish that contains grass, meat, pork rib, chicharron, potato, chiken, corn arepa, chorizo, banana, yuca and criollo potato. 

In December we celebrate the tourist and cultural festival of the municipality, often on this dates concerts  are performed, typical activities of the culture of caqueza, this lasts approximately five days where we celebrate with our family and friends.

In Caqueza we can make ecologial hikes to the hill of monruta or the mountain of the blade, places full of nature with a beautiful view of the village, we can visit the main park and enjoy the food or also enter the beautiful church.
