         <description><![CDATA[<div>Le Cordon Bleu is a dish often cooked in French homes, and is most popular during family gatherings and meals. This dish was first mentioned in a cookbook in 1949, and has been a household staple ever since. The term "Cordon Bleu" translates to "blue ribbon". This food is most often involved with a sandwich, but can also be made into a baked pasta dish for a heartier meal. </div>]]></description>
