Then I used puppet wrap to make it look cool. Then I increased the yellow colors to be more vibrant. Then, I used the brush to color in the areas of the picture that contained water. I then used the free transform to move the picture around. I decided to tilt it so it would look like there was another splash. Then in another layer I added a filter about 30% and it was the oil one to create the top left corner camo look.
