In total 5 chief, 5 helper cook, and 4 other worker are working in main kitchen according to the schedule. everyday 3 chief, 2 helper cook, and 2 for dish washing area.  

Chief and cooks are coming at 6.00 am. first, they are making their checklist and start cooking for breakfast. after doing breakfast , they start to prepare for lunch menu and dinner menu. Also, after completing food preparation for particular day, they are doing preparation for next day, such as; thawing, making list for the ingredients, cleaning.  

All the members of Castleview has a menu. In Castleview there are 3 cycle: week 1, week 2, and week 3. after week 3 cycle will repeat. Nutrition manager, Dietitian and production manager. 

This Office is mainly about diets, clinical process, menus, production, main kitchen and purchasing and budget office. 

Castleview is a 7 floor building. Mainly 2 full time manager,  2 part time manager and 2  registered dietitians are handling the all floors. 

For management of the Castleview Wynchwood towers, there are 2 administration office, other staff to manage the long term care.

Castleview has a really nice policy, they are doing care conference every year and guide residents family members about residents health and progress. Also, managers and dietitians are going up to meet residents and check their health, by asking them about food quality and quantity and  about their health. 

Food committee meetings: Taking notes from the previous meetings and input in current days. in Food committee meeting, residents put their needs and feedback about food and how they want it.
