         <title>Bad choices I make</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div> I make horrible choices during the day and one of them is not eating breakfast. I will go all morning and afternoon with out eating. It slows down my metabolism and  when I actually eat, my body wants to eat for two meals instead of one. </div>]]></description>
