 the wrong action of a teacher in reprimanding the learner for not wearing of uniform as follows
 1. reprimanding the learner in front of his/her classmates
2. as mandated by Deped of DO 46 s.2008 known as PROPER SCHOOL ATTIRE  should not become a cause of discrimination.

4.requiring the learner for a community service is still a wrong action because it is a form of child -abuse

 the teacher can talk to the learner privately for such concern for him/her to find the reason why he/she is not wearing uniform
