Why everyone at TEA is not on the same, I get push back from departments that get approval from the program level but 99% of the time its an unallowable costs in the grant and they can’t understand why I won’t go against best practice of accounting principles because they got that approval from TEA.

Is there ever a case where equipment purchased via a CTE Perkins Grant could be utilized by another grant (State Grant) as a part of a contracted service for LEAs?

If an LEA overspent their ESSER III in payroll and contracted services, can the 25% variance apply? Also, they cannot reclassify because the expenditures occurred in the previous year. Also, as they are completing their final expenditure report, they continue to receive an error that their amounts do not match. Please advice on what options are available for this LEA.
