Getting to know Salah over the years, I have seen first hand how these characteristics ring true, especially for him. As soon as I read these sets of words, I was able to make correlations with our blue teammates...

Julie: arts and nature - Her artistic and creative abilities are astounding to me! But she also has an energy of peace and calm.

Victor: compassion and empathy - He always cares for the person first. In our conversations in LB he often mentioned how important the user experience was to him and how eager he was to meet their needs. 

Salah: Balance and harmony - He brings such a a caring and peaceful energy to the group (as well as unintentional comedy) :0).
