         <description><![CDATA[<div>&nbsp;I like to incorporate the idea of "standing on the shoulders of giants" whenever possible.  Recognising the work that has been done in order for us to study topics such as Evolution, DNA etc.  I believe this allows the pupils to know that they have a place in the world and they can play a part going forward.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>One of the most common and controversial topics which I encounter in teaching internationally is the ideas around evolution.  Looking into the reasons for the rejection of scientific ideas regardless of the supporting evidence has allowed pupils to focus on the differences between theories, facts, beliefs and hypothesis.</div>]]></description>
