Sound is vibrations that travel through the air or another medium and can be heard when they reach a person's or animal's ear.<br><br>4. The particle model is a diagram on how dense particles are in solids, liquids and gases<br><br>5. Convection is the movement caused within a fluid by the tendency of hotter and therefore less dense material to rise, and colder, denser material to sink under the influence of gravity, which consequently results in transfer of heat.<br><br>6. Conduction is the process by which heat or electricity is directly transmitted through the material of a substance when there is a difference of temperature or of electrical potential between adjoining regions, without movement of the material.<br><br>7. It controls how much light enters the eye by changing the size of the pupil.<br>- Retina: a light-sensitive inner lining at the back of the eye. All of these different states all move at a different speeds depending on their state.<br>5. Convection is when something is transfered was a solid to a liquid but adding heat.<br>6.
