Here I lay,

Watching the big beautiful blue sky.

I ask it how many people has it seen that tells it goodbye?

The clouds are in a loop of flying and falling.

I wonder who it is the clouds are calling?

The water ripples flow and break.

How many tears are fake?

The lost lake reflects,

The lake is made of tears and blood, aren’t we the suspects?

The land is dying.

Why are we all lying.

Soon the birds won’t be flying.

Haven’t we noticed that the earth is crying?

The land is alive.

The land helps us live and thrive.

How much can it withstand?

This gorgeous green land?

How long can we lie to each other?

But then there are those who lie to their lover.

The world has become this.

A world without bliss.

Happiness are only seen in small glimpses around the land.

But just like the sand.

It’s washed away by the crystal clear waves.

The echo of water splashed in caves.

Australia is surrounded by forests, deserts and beaches.

Which are Australia’s greatest features.

Open your eyes.

See through all the lies.

Why are we blind when our eyes are open?

Is the reason why we are blind is our emotions.

How can we save this earth that helps us live?

What do we have to give?

The plants and animals grow.

Do you hear the sound of crows?

The sound of machines is coming this way.

All the forest can do is lay.

Now buildings are being built.

I wonder do they feel any guilt?

Some hide their emotions deep inside.

Some believe in lies.

Because they wish it to be true.

Imagine watching the world from the beginning it wouldn’t be a nice view.

It’s all just a cycle of war, betrayal, power, death, life and lies.

We can’t hear the cries.
Because we've heard it too many times.

The Pink lake by Anh
The Pink lake by Anh
The gleaming water
Both pink and blue
The colour radiant
Like a blossom on a tree

The ocean, blue as a sapphire
Not far away,
The lake as pink as Bubblegum
The sandy beach as fine as sugar

Surrounding the lake,
A sea of green,
Made of leaves and branches
Where wildlife can be seen

The waves crashing in the distance
The cool blowing wind
The scent of salty water
Lake Hillier
