Currently taking all paperwork into the pod, proforma, FFLM exhibit list, my healthy journey etc as needed for the case. Also need a pen to document. Should they be kept in the prep room and put in the FME box so they are there for documentation?

A suggestion to minimise paperwork would be to have it all on an ipad which could be wiped down. The documents could then be uploaded to Modus electronically

How do we manage contamination when there are other people with the client such as carers, interpreters, social workers etc. Should they also wear PPE

Has anyone done a paeds case with a small child yet? If so what did you do about distracting the child. Did you take toys in or did you take the history in the paed waiting room as before. Same for child with LD or autism

Can we have a steer on paperwork in the room ? I think the risk of mis documenting injuries etc if not documented contemporaneously is greater then a theoretical risk that paperwork might increase DNA contamination ? cannot see any guidance on pieces of paper in the FSR etc Some staff are taking paperwork into the room (and handling as little as possible until all samples taken) and some are leaving out of the room and then documenting findings by memory

A client I saw mentioned that the consultation room was too hot - however if you open the door after a while it makes a repetitive beeping sound which can be really distracting for a client (particularly if they struggle with concentration/auditory processing as with the client I saw). Is there any way we can stop the beeping sound/ensure the consultation room is a more manageable temperature for clients?

if the police want to talk to the client after the client has entered the pod (eg to confirm ABE timing, and police won't wait til after examination finished), can the client go out of the pod to talk to police and back in? can the police come into the consultation room?

Can we just get changed in the corridor of the pod rather than having to go in the small cupboard when it is all cleaned the same.

Are we able to order more lockers so all staff members have one? Now the lockers are unable to have clothes on top due to fire risk and we are unable to leave the Bridge before FME with our scrubs on, don't really want to leave clothes in the staff toilet so only solution is for every one to have a locker.. Would this be possible?

Some kind of lock box or notes slot outside the Bridge where we can keep notes in while we get our scrubs on as can't return to the office - currently either having to take them to the toilet or leave them on a cabinet, neither of which are ideal :(

In relation to the 'My Staff App' will the FSR documents once completed and agreed will the documents be uploaded for all to view. Also, in light of the 'My Staff App' there are some documents that are 'non-compliant' for example the SARC Self-Help Booklet - will these be looked at and updated or deleted?

Can i please ask why we now have to utilise a locker outside of the bridge for scrubs, . this makes timings for FME's longer, added human error and impractical stocking up procedures. Who's responsibility is this for stocking as the nursing team have been restoking items that are all clinicians responsibility, please can this be clarified.

is there a way that the old nursing station can become a toilet/changing room for the clinician to change which will help with the chain of evidence
