This video provides students with a well thought out example of how a creative brief is written. The speaker of the video, Julian Cole, utilizes the home delivery app called Seamless to show viewers how to use the six creative brief templates in order to write a brief for the company's campaign, How New York Eats. This video is beneficial for students' understanding of what a creative brief is and how to write one because it maintains the same example throughout each step. This video is especially helpful for students who prefer to see examples to complete their understanding of a concept rather than reading a structured list of steps.

This second creative video is different from the first in its method of explaining the process and requirements of a well-written creative brief. Unlike the first video that utilized the same example throughout the video as a way of visualizing the creative brief writing process, this video writes out the step-by-step instructions and requirements of a successful creative brief. This provides a new method of learning for students prefer reading about concepts rather than visualizing them. This video is also only about 2 minutes long which would allow students a quick and straight to the point method of learning these concepts. Students would benefit from watching this video because of the way it lists the different components of a creative brief.

This third video that covers the ins and outs of a creative brief, was chosen because it encapsulates the learning styles of both of the previous videos chosen. This video has the personal and hearing aspect from a speaker, as well as, examples and readable steps and information about the creative brief. This is beneficial for students who prefer several; styles of learning in order to absorb a concept. This video is also less than 4 minutes long, so it does not overwhelm students, but also provides enough information to learn about the concept.

The first video about the creative strategy was chosen because not only does it cover the meaning of the concept of what a creative strategy is, but it also discusses the several benefits and the importance it has for the success of a company's campaign. The creative strategy proves to be a vital step in a company's campaign and this video lays out the different ways it is beneficial and vital to a successful campaign. This specific video is beneficial to students because it takes an alternative route for discussing the creative strategy by not only defining it, but also listing the importance and benefits of it. This video also portrays the creative strategy as a team effort between copywriters, an art director, and a creative director. This is a reminder to students that different sectors of a company can come together for the creative strategy.

This second video takes an interesting approach to discussing the creative strategy by discussing how a creative strategy session would be run. This would include the copywriters, an art director, and a creative director. It is vital for all individuals involved to be on the same page and have the same goals for the company and the campaign at hand. This video discusses how a session should be like and what topics have to be covered for a successful creative strategy. Topics included in the video are: company story, vision, mission, product, target audience, communication objectives, and more.

This final video covering the creative strategy is another video created by the same YouTuber, but covers more of what the creative strategy actually is and how to financially benefit from it. The video puts into question if creative strategy should even be considered something to charge a company a fee for doing. It is settled by Flux, the YouTuber, that the creative strategy is a key component to a successful campaign and thus should be profitable for professionals who specialize in it. Without the creative strategy, many campaigns could be less successful, so if they are successful, then they should be rewarding the people who made it that way. This video benefits students because similar to the previous video, this puts the students in the position to visualize themselves as the specialists and feel mentally and emotionally connected to the concept of benefitting financially from the creative strategy.

This first video covering the hierarchy of effects model utilizes illustrations, lists, and voiceovers to discuss the components of the model and how to perceive it. The video does a nice job at first listing the different levels of the hierarchy, defining them, digging deeper into each level, as well as giving examples that students are able to understand and even relate to. This less than 5 minute video is beneficial to students because it provides an informational, yet concise, way of learning about the hierarchy and the importance of it in advertising.

This second video covering the hierarchy of effects model is definitely a far more in depth coverage of the model than the last video. This almost 25 minute video covers the history of the model, when it was introduced, who it was introduced by, as well as an in depth discussion of all 6 stages of the model. This video would most beneficial for students who prefer audio learning such as lectures or podcasts. The speaker of this video has a few bullet points on each presentation slide, but speaks more into depth about each stage. Students who want more information about the model rather than a quick 5 minute video would benefit from this lecture style video. For those students who need use a quick recap of certain concepts, the shorter videos would be more beneficial. Even at 25 minutes, that isn't an entire lecture time, so it is easy to fit this video in any schedule if students need an in depth refresher of the concept.

This last video covering the hierarchy of effects model is very visually diverse and is almost a combination of the first and second video discussing the model. This video in particular incorporates the speaker's face in the corner of the screen as he discusses the topic which makes the video feel even more like a lecture or even a one on one tutor experience, almost like how we learn on zoom nowadays. The video also utilizes charts and diagrams which switches up from the normal bullet points and paragraphs type of presentation. This video also discusses the AIDA model for those who need a refresher as well as for the hierarchy of effects model. The two can be easily confused for one another since they are typically learned at the same time and do share similar qualities, but this video helps differentiates the two, as well as covering how each model plays a role in advertisements. Students would benefit from this video because it clearly and concisely cover the topics of both models and how they work into the world of advertisement.
