         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><p>奶油切小塊，置室溫融化，用手指壓下去有痕跡。</p></li><li><p>將奶油攪打成乳霜狀。</p></li><li><p>加入糖粉攪拌2分鐘。</p></li><li><p>先打散2顆蛋，分3次。再加入奶油中。</p></li><li><p>泡打粉+低筋麵粉後 過篩。</p></li><li><p>麵粉分3次加入，以切、拌的方式(不可壓)。麵粉容易出筋所以不可攪拌過度 </p></li><li><p>先抹一點水，再放烘焙紙。</p></li><li><p>麵糊倒入模具、抹平整，放桌上敲3下(將空氣用出)。約8分滿（預留空間膨脹）</p></li><li><p>放入先預熱烤箱（上180/下180c)烤45分鐘。</p></li></ol>]]></description>
