         <description><![CDATA[<div>Something really important for quality of life is working out. Teenagers have a lot of energy and hormones and sedentary lifestyle has a lot of drawbacks. That’s why everyone, in special young people, should find an activity that they enjoy and practice it often. For example, if you have a dog, try to take it for a walk for at least 10 minutes a day. If you like competitiveness, you should try a sport of your preference.&nbsp;</div><div>Last but not least, if you are a teenager, I totally recommend you to go to the gym, most people enjoy it.</div>]]></description>

Furthermore, it is relevant to say that this problem can have two consequences on us which are good or bad due to the fact that it depends on the circumstance and the intensity of it. But, what is anxiety? Although anxiety stimulates the person to take action, the person won’t be able to take action if the person has a lot of anxiety. The person can feel anxious with no reason. There are some symptoms such as: exaggerated worries or exaggerated afraid of some object or situation.
