• We spend too much on SROs, could instead have people who are there to de-escalate situations, like therapists

• Connecting with school social worker who does lots of family engagement work for school
• Starting back up the push for filling the schools halls with parents, families 
• asking: “Why isn’t EVERY school a community school?”
• starting something like a “Families for Justice” group in other communities around Madison
