It explains that walking could lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, and your risk decreases even more the faster you walk. There was a study that showed that a “brisk/striding walk” had a 39% reduction risk for type 2 diabetes. Even though there is a low use of illicit drugs, there has been a dramatic rise in overdose deaths among teens.
