First of all I believe that out face has a very strong connection to our identity by trading our face we will be trading our identity to someone else identity and by that we will be lying to ourselves about who we are because unlike plastic surgery were we trade or fix smaller flaws in ourselves that doesn't change our all identity.
In addition by looking at test of history we can see that eye contact that change our eye color don't become a common thing to wear because our eyes have a crucial part of our face and therefore a crucial part of our personal identity.

In conclusion i think people should not replace their face with another because that will hurt their identity/image and it simply isn't worth the pain and suffering, the possibility of cancer and death and the amount of money the it will require to do this surgery.

First, in my opinion, our face is our true identity and we should all accept our shape which given to us by a reason.
Secondly, my belief is we all need to deal with our demons and avoid trying to find the easy way.
There are a lot of alternatives in order to accept our body, for instance we can "improve" him by changing your lifestyle to a health one.
This act would might help with the lack of confidence they have.
In addition this procedure is extremely dangerous and might cause serious injuries to the patient.

If I could trade my face for someone else's I would rather stay as myself, I like my face and I wouldn't want to change it, I don't think that I'll benefit from changing my face I think that I will lose a part of my self and will regret it later.

I would still be me because I like myself and I wouldn't change me for the world.

In addition, changing your face will not change your personality nor your feelings, if you don't feel comfortable in your own body replacing your face wouldn't change it' you need to change your mindset in order to be at peace with yourself only and only then you will accept you for you.

just to be clear there is nothing wrong with changing a few minor things in your face for self-acceptance but changing your whole face for self-acceptance is for my taste a bit too much.

The amount of new facial plastical surgeries is countless and you can find a lot of medical centers that do them. Those things weren't the normal few years ago and it was very hard to find a lot of doctors that do plastical surgeries as a beauty treatment and not a medical treatment. That shows that the plastical surgeries industry is just getting bigger and they have to invent new things for their costumers' and I think that their next steps are going that way.
When you want to take a picture in one of your social media account you will be immediately offered to use some kind of filter to change your face and making them prettier. If millions of people are used to do it everyday what is the difference of changing permanently? people want face like in a filter and the industry has interest in it.
