In questions 8 and 9, we should be specific about what "region" we're referring to - either counties or Bay Area region

Use the broader term "jurisdiction" instead of "city" since there are counties, towns, etc. Should do throughout. Wonky but they are used to it.

I know we discussed this being more of a focus in the interviews, but to the extent it works, it might be good to ask a specific questions about changes in relationships.

Only cohort was big 3 and we know who attended it. And best to call it big 3 if we want to ask. Maybe we want to name work group (zoning for affordability, missing middle, x, y , z)

I think it's more informative to ask how long someone has worked as a planner rather than how long at a particular city. I have a manager that has 15 years' experience, but only 1 year in our office.

Add or change b, we should have them rate how helpful this was in achieving a certified housing element and/or implementation of housing element as RHNA is just one aspect of the housing element process

At least in our collab. we did not talk much about regional, or for that matter county, coordination. It was more sharing experiences and solutions

I think collaboratives brought in other educational topics/speakers besides new laws. That might be the best example, but either expand (e) to include other learning opportunities/updates or add one in addition to (e) to capture them
