         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><strong>Accurate: </strong>CAD can be used to nay accuracy and any metric or imperial measurement down to the nearest 1000th of a mill </li><li><strong>Simulate almost anything</strong>: Cad can be used to simulate; aerodynamics, stress/ strain, strength, load bearing, power output and whole buildings. is can also be sued to simulate the manufacturing process </li><li><strong>Multi purpose: </strong>Can be used to design a; house, Car, Aircraft, Chair, Children's Toy or a Pen</li><li><strong>Easy to adapt/ change model: </strong>Unlike real world models cad can be used to adapt the model instantaneously with very little effort and save a lot of design cost </li><li><strong>Easy to communicate/send designs: </strong>As CAD is a digital software the files can be transferred all around the world with little easy for peer assessment and to show other developers and company's</li><li><strong>Different level/ types of CAD: </strong>CAD can be used at all levels, there are simple 2D cad and there are 3D CAD. all of these have a variety of prices from free to thousands of pounds</li><li><strong>Storage: </strong>Cad files take up considerably less space than physical drawings and are more portable.</li><li><strong>Standard parts: </strong>models of parts can be saved in a 'library and can be imported and transferred for new projects saving time. </li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li><strong>Expensive to set up / run CAD: </strong>CAD software can be very expensive to initially buy and very expensive to licence. Computers need to be powerful to run CAD software and therefore are expensive </li><li><strong>Requires Extensive/expensive training:</strong> CAD software can be very complicated and confusing to use, therefore training is required and this can take months or years. Also different Brands of software can require Different training.</li><li><strong>Models can take months/years: </strong>Designing a model can take along time and is very time consuming and expensive.</li><li><strong>File  Storage:</strong> CAD files can be very large and take up a lot of memory</li><li><strong>Different software is built   Differently: </strong>Different types of CAD software may be designed for different purposes and therefore no software will be the same.</li><li><strong>Computer Problems: </strong>computers are not always reliable and may crash freeze or just completely break down during work</li><li><strong>New Software = new Training: </strong>new versions of software may be completeness more complex and  out differently than the previous version and will require new training.</li></ol><div><br></div>]]></description>
