They were wondering about asking to buy firecrackers to celebrate Pequena's baby's birth. They wonder how must awful being for Pequena and know one can't feel or understand Pequena's circumstances. The unwanted child for Pequena. I think in this case they don't know how to feel or react. Even, Pequana doesn't know does she should be blessed. How can she escape from this terrible event? 
Adittionlay she can't complain. Pequena can't blame or torture the baby for the mistake. Sometimes in difficulty, we should just accept the situation. There is no way to escape reality and you are not able to change it like past.

The part three significant event start when Chico and Pulga met again after a long while Nestor. They met him when Nestor was a little boy until he get older he starts to fight with everyone. and one day Nestor comes back to school with white shoes brand new and said to Pulga he kicked up dust and got them on these shoes he forced Pulga to clean his shoes by licking them. according to that event, Pulga never gave up and he knew that he should though. So, Pulga responded to Nestor that his mother can clean it by licking it. Nestor pushed him into the ground. Pulga tried motives to punch or slam Nestor to the ground by looking into Chico's eyes and calling him for help. Since Nastor was strong. But Chico seems sacred. In conclusion, Chico helped him, and Pulga felt stronger with Chico when he helped him and they were so happy after that. Pulga understands his younger brother is not a weak person and also he explains that in this world we have to run of anything. and this only way that you can survive in this world.
