It also made it mandatory for young men to join the military for national defense of their country and it also creates a sense of patriotism in them mans towards their country and provides them with valuable skills for life.

   The Afghan War is a multifaceted and prolonged war that exists in several periods. The Soviet invasion of 1979 to support a communist government is the first phase. At that time, the US and its allies supported the mujahideen, fighting for Afghan independence. In 1989, the Soviets withdrew, while the civil war continued . The US and the coalition invaded Afghanistan after the 9/11 attacks to defeat a Taliban regime that harbored al-Qaeda. For almost two decades, the straw-pulling policy of the US focused on coincidence and parallel action. Finally, in August 2021, the US withdrew troops followed by a rapid reconquest of the Taliban.

Everything about the Afghan War has been horrible for decades.
