         <title>To measure my progress in losing 6 pounds, I will see if I lost 1.5 by the end of the first week of April. Then from every week then on I will see if I lost an additional 1.5 pounds. This will help me stay on track and if I fall out of line, I will be able to fix it before it is to late. I gave myself an additional week before the first checkpoint, because I know it will be difficult to adjust to the new lifestyle.</title>

         <title>I will being a habit of exercising for an hour a day. I will also talk to my parents, so they can help to create a healthy diet for me. I know they will be supportive of my goal as it is positive.  While it may be difficult to implement into my lifestyle, I know that it will be beneficial for me long term.
