Please film down your whole ic process. From commanding your squad to marching back to yuor squad after reporting to the chairperson.

How to film:

- Place your Ipad in a location with the screen facing you.

- ⁠ensure you use the wide view

- ⁠The ipad should be in the same position the chairperson would be

Take note:

- you should be seen at all times in the span of the video

- ⁠try to speak louder so the mic can pick up

- ⁠The whole ic format should be spoken

Film urself doing a palm bandage, knee bandage and Forearm bandage.

Things to note:

- make sure the video is clear

- your video should include u bandaging at all times

- Film 3 separate clips for each bandage

- record down the timing you took for each bandage

- state the timing for each bandage at the video caption.
