From my research, it is unclear how ginger came to Brazil, but now, ginger is a common vegetable grown in Brazil.</p>]]></description>

The dish consists of a freshly caught and sliced cod from the Amazon River, where it is put in a Plantain Leaf, stuffed, and grilled. (Taste Atlas) Ingredients such as soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, honey, and chili peppers are added to the dish to increase flavor. </p>]]></description>
