We spent our last hours in the zoo, and at 18:00pm we left Surabaya. The train to Jakarta took 11 hours, I arrived back at Station Gambir at 6:30am. I said my goodbye and my thank yous to my YIM group and then went home. That's the end of my Mission Trip At Surabaya.

On the later half of the day, we went to pick apples in the countryside of Malang, although I personally don't eat apples, I picked a few apples to bring home for my family.

After those 2 activities, we were on our way back to Surabaya. It took us approximately 2 hours to arrive back at Surabaya. We had a 30 minutes stop at a rest area to buy some snacks, as it was already 18:30pm and we were still on the road.

Upon arriving to Surabaya, we ate our last dinner. The food and drink came out very long, it took around 45 minutes for my drink to come. I ate salmon fettuccini and drank lychee tea. We left the place at 21:30pm and went back to the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I didn't slept until 00:30am as I had to pack my luggage. That's the end of my sixth day at Surabaya.

After TK Citra Kudus, we went to SD Santo Xaverius. This marks our last service. I was assigned to teach Grade 2 english. Inside the class, i taught english and made puzzles with the kids.

In this day, I didn't eat lunch, as we were given bread in SD Santo Xaverius. After we were done with our last service at SD Santo Xaverius, we went back to the hotel. In the hotel, me and my friends swam at 3:30-4:30. We didn't swim very long because we still had to go to Kota Lama Surabaya at night.

Before going to Kota Lama Surabaya, we stopped by to eat first. We ate ayam goreng Djakarta. After we arrived in Kota Lama Surabaya, we rented a no window type car and we were toured around Kota Lama Surabaya.

After leaving Kota Lama Surabaya, we went back to our hotel per usual and got some rest. That's the end of my fifth day at Surabaya.

After the social media etiquette session was done, the students had their break, meanwhile we continued preparing for the membatik session. I became the emcee for the membatik session alongside my friend. Whilst the membatik session went on, we were provided with bread to snack on. After the membatik session was done, we were told to help the student's to dry their batiks on the sun. Afterwards, we were given our lunch.

After we were done with SMP YBPK1 Surabaya, we went straight to Panti Asuhan Sejahtera. We didn't really do much in Panti Asuhan Sejahtera, as it was almost night. We sang, and told stories with the kids there.

Lastly, we went a grab dinner at Bebek Gorreng Pak Janggut which was nearby Panti Asuhan Sejahtera. After dinner, we went back to our hotel and got some rest. That's the end of my fourth day at Surabaya.

After Rumah Anak, we went to get lunch, which afterwards we went to Rumah Wanita Lanjut Usia. I think Rumah Wanita Lanjut Usia was one of the most memorable for me, as hearing the stories of the grandmas there were genuinely very heartbreaking. Some were abandoned by their families, and some has no families. I cried together with my friends after we left the Rumah Wanita Lanjut Usia.

My team and I sang the song “Jadikan Aku Saluran Berkat” in both of the congregations. After the second congregation ended, we ate lunch, and afterwards did medical checkups for the people in the church. After our service was done, we went back to the hotel and prepared for tommorow’s service. 

By the time I arrived in Surabaya, it was already 19:00pm, therefore we went straight to eat Dinner at Bu Rudy. After dinner, I checked into my hotel, I unboxed my luggage, and then prepared to go to sleep. That's the end of my first day at Surabaya.
