Think of any ed-tech you think you might have used, and add it to the Padlet embedded here with the tag #present. Now try to imagine ed-tech that you haven't yet experienced, but that you think could feature in the future of Higher Education, and add it to the Padlet with the tag #future.

#future
Although 'Virtual Learning Environments' (VLEs) exist, they are really just a means to access and organise information. Virtual Reality, however, seems like a more appropriate use of the term 'VLE'. Presenting concepts spatially and demonstrating their mechanisms with access from all angles, as is possible with VR, is something I'd love to experience. I know that surgeons have started to use it to view a 3D rendering of part of a patient before surgery, but this exclusive use perhaps reflects the expensive nature of VR at the moment.
