         <description><![CDATA[<div>Within jazz there is a hybridity of different styles due to what choreographer or technique or music you would dance to. Within our jazz lessons we have been learning the techniques of Luigi. Luigi's form of dancing was very set and almost liked every movement perfect. In our jazz lessons we have been learning the set forms of his technique and heres some videos to show...<br><br>I am also going to be discussing my weaknesses and strengths within the videos and also explaining a little more about the different styles within jazz.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Within this routine i feel like i tried to push to my best ability although i didn't look clean next to the other two dancers. one weakness of my own within this routine is i need to learn how to ben my legs a lot throughout, as this is why i may look un clean next to the other dancers. Also another weakness of mine is my arms look untidy and i could of worked on them instead of been lazy. Which is also another force of habit</div>]]></description>

         <title>Contemporary Techniques.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Within our contemporary classes we have been learning the technique of Horton. Horton technique is done within a specific way. Everything has to be done very précised and clean. Also within this technique it involves a lot of flat backs and high realises and so on. Some of my weaknesses within thi style is that because I haven't got a flexible back I find it hard to get completely flat and all the way down within some exercises. Also some of my weaknesses within Hortons technique exercises are my core strength within holding my arms or legs in the right positions they should be.<br><br>In our contemporary classes Julius has been trying to help me improve my flexibility skills and my core strength skills.<br><br>(here's some videos of our exercises) </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As I have described within my essay and also throughout my padlet, here's an example of Luigi's tondue exercise. Here we are showing a good use of the floor as we push out into our tondues and also we are showing a good use of muscle memory. <br><br>Even though this video is not of myself I am still going to compare myself to the people within this video as it as all about self preservation. As I explained within my essay this was not one of my strongest exercises and there is definite room for improvement. Mr Needham corrects our posture and self motivation within this lesson, and also personally corrects myself to pull up more when doing this exercise. ( he doesn't correct me within this video).</div>]]></description>

         <title>Technique training before Shockout Arts.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Before my training at Shockout Arts I had little technical training within collage. I use to have ballet and tap once a week and the rest used to be contemporary based. The only style I was mainly trained in was commercial. Commercial dancing uses a lot of different styles within its self anyways so I use to just take my own training from that. Without Shockout i wouldnt&nbsp; be able to dance the way i do today.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Within the moduel my core strengths within Mr Needham jazz are:<br><br>I am very focused when in the lessons as I always want to be on point when he is showing us the exercises.<br>Another strength of mine within Mr Needhams lessons are that my retention skills are very good, as I normally pick the routines up and exercises up fairly quick<br><br><br>Within our core technique module my strengths within Jamie's and Emers lesson are:<br><br>I always put 110% in there lessons even though I do with all of my lessons.<br>My retention skills are immaculate, as I also try my hardest to perform well within there lessons too.<br><br>Within our core techniques module my strengths within Julius contemporary lessons are:<br><br>As always I try and make sure that my retention skills are good.<br>Finally I always try to push to the best of my ability.<br><br></div>]]></description>

I also feel like I have become better at elaborating my self to push my self at dancing to different styles and pushing my self out of my comfort zone within the contemporary element instead of playing it safe. I have also been better at my time and energy towards classes as I feel like I am giving more in each class.
