As a public teacher for just only 3 years I already had experienced the nightmare of a teacher, so as I am listening in the report of Sir Jezzrel and Sir Joshua, those nightmare flashback in my memory.  During those time I read and read about those DO.  ADR system in school is very important. It gives both of the parties the opportunity to resolve the problem rather than going in the higher court. But in my case the complainant didn't want it to settle in school. They file a case in Prosecution Office and in Civil Service. I fight for my right and for the truth and because of my supportive parents the case they filed dismissed.

In my thoughts if we both parties are well knowledgeable about ADR system we might not experience those hardship in our life. We save money for hiring our lawyer  and we didn't experience the stress that we have been through.

As a teacher, it is important to us that we have knowledge and we know the process of what ADR-Sytem-Mediation because this procedure helps us to give an urgent  alternative solution on the issue or problem.  This ADR will help the school to solve a case or issue immediately before it will goes to court. The advantages of Alternative Dispute Resolution-Mediation are that parties have complete control over the settlement and have an equal say in the process; reach a mutually agreeable resolution to their conflict. Then, mediation proceeding are confidential because of its private nature. Lastly, Mediation is a dispute resolution method that can save time and legal cost.
