Well thought rules and good introductions. Well thought out future benefits for when done with the pig(s). used sources and eye contact. Bit Brief good information on the benefits of horses. Lots of eye contact. good information on how protective a donkey is. But why do kids love them? Good thoughts to think of the future incomes. Where did you get the articles from cause the title is not the article. Little disorganized. Heather: Reading voice, quite, and I did not hear a source, family friendly, low maintenance, low cost, 4 legs, and good during mating season, brings profit to the farm. Question "how many babies do your animals produce at a time". Little bit of back talk, I know it was a joke but might have been a little inappropriate in timing. How much do the animals eat and how much would it be to feed them if they have a specific diet that you have to buy and or make room for on the farm to make. Some talking over each other. 1,000 for sheep , horse is cheap boarding and med bills expensive, Llamas 2,000 ish, 110,000 per bull for boarding and such. Donkeys only cost 200-500, pigs cost 5,000. What evidence do you have that pigs and some of the other animals are child favorites. Backing up and clarifying is pretty ok. Not to much sources listed. Had a good equal spread of discussions through out the group members, seamlessly moved to the next step. Call on each other. Donkeys dont really like people until you start feeding them and then they will start fallowing you. Horses will get attached to one person or their riders, and if they are jumpy they might get kicky. Pigs can get aggressive is they are hungry and if you pick them up off the ground. Bulls are just mean they don't like people they are always territorial, Sheep are temperament, they are nice to people they know but they can be mean to people they don't know. Llamas only need to go to the vet 1-2 times a year. Sheep need to be shaved to remove bugs and to help create new fur, independent. Don't go back to a earlier statement even if you find the article you were missing. all low maintenance. wouldn't test runs on the farm be considered as help needed even though they were thinking along the line of medical purposes. Would the next question be how much damage does the animal do to the farm, the helpers, children, and themselves. Why would you want to open a petting zoo if you want the animals for a farm. what about getting a male animal because the sperm can create a great income depending on the animal. If you want something to protect why not just build a fence or something that could work just as good for keeping animals safe. Pigs might have a lot of piglets but you also have to think of how many will survive and how long the gestation period is per pregnant sow. Lots of interrupting.

They did a good job with their rules and their introductions to help us better understand what the discussion is going to be about. Good at explaining the long term benefits of having pigs, good use of sources and has good eye contact. Had good information on why the Donkey would be a good investment and how useful donkeys can be towards the other animals. Natalie did a good job with her tone and on her opinion on why sheep would be a good animal to have, explains herself well and maintains eye contact. I noticed that Heather was a little quiet but she had good statistics and good evidence to back up her point on why she thinks a bull would be the best choice. I also noticed that Heather had some pauses like she was unsure about the topic or she was looking for it. They did a good job identifying and going through Dewey's steps. I liked how they are questioning each other and trying to decide which animal would be the best as a group without getting aggressive with each other. It seems like they sort of talk over each other, and don't really take specific individually turns that they can just talk one person at a time.
