You have to give him something to get a potion and charm. Which is a little suspicious 

They think that you need to have your mouth look good for you to have a relationship. The mouth right is a ceremony where they go see the mouth man and he uses tools to probe their mouth. They use the tools to enlarge any holes in the teeth that are rotting and then the hole with stuff. If there are no holes then they make holes and stuff it with the items.

Men will take sharp objects and scrape them on their face. Women will stick their heads in an oven for up to an hour.

In a temple where they “heal” people they will stick a magic wand in their mouth and they will force feed them. The medicine man will sometimes come by and inject things into people.

They think that the mothers put a spell on their children while teaching them secret rituals.
