Allah says in Quran:

وَمَا ٱخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِيهِ مِن شَىْءٍۢ فَحُكْمُهُۥٓ إِلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبِّى عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَإِلَيْهِ أُنِيبُ

“Whatever difference human beings have, the decision is with Allah.” [42:10]

2) take wudhu' whenever you want to learn or seek knowledge

3) be humble, especially when talking to your teachers

4) avoid conflict, for example, if you are not happy, don't show it to your teacher during lesoons

5) practice the knowledge that you just learn, and teach your friends the new knowledge that you get

6) always practice du'a before and after start learning

As for me, i think islam will come first. Because islam is the foundation level out of these 3 levels. Most of people will begin their journey here, practicing the basic rituals (5 pillars of islam) and obligations. Then, will followed by iman. After practicing islam, a believer will deepen their faith (iman) and trust in these 6 beliefs pillars of iman. Lastly will be ihsan, as it is about worshipping Allah, and striving for sincerity in every action.

For instance, setting a good niyyah of attending usrah for the sake of Allah, to recharge our iman, to gain a new knowledge, etc. Thus, rewards that we gain are because of Allah too, as long as we set a good niyyah because of Allah.

1) sincerity : doing something purely for the sake of Allah without seeking praise, recognition, or any worldly gain. So, if your actions are done with the right intention to please Allah, they are considered good deeds.

2) following the quran and sunnah : The Quran is the direct word of Allah, and the Sunnah is the example set by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Good deeds must be in accordance with both of these sources.

For example ; doing an act of ibadah, either it is compulsory or sunnah, such as charity, prayer, and so on

1) salah (prayer) : as a remembrance of Allah that will automatically strengthen the connection between His believer and Him.

2) sawm (fasting) : reminds the believer of the blessings they have, encouraging gratitude for the sustenance provided by Allah.

3) zakah (charity) : supports the needy purifies a person’s wealth by giving a portion to those in need, reminding the believer that their possessions are not entirely theirs but are a trust from Allah.

4) hajj : a way of purifying oneself from sins and starting afresh with Allah, so His believer won't do such things like indecent acts nor disobedience towards Him.

Some ways to prepare prayer with khushu' :

1) performing wudhu' properly

2) maintaining sincerity in the heart

3) understanding recitations in our prayer

1) practice self-discipline and control : develop self-control, as it requires refraining from food, drink, and other physical needs

2) encourage empathy towards the others :

Shows that we have an empathy for those who can't afford things ; foods and drinks such as people in Syria or Palestine.

3) controlling our lust

• encourage us to be patient in order of waiting to iftar

• avoid doing things that He doesn't like, instead, fasting encourage us to focus on Allah and following His rules

Opposite with sadaqah (charity), isn't compulsory but recommended.

Zakah has 2 types :

-zakah fitrah

-zakah harta

what is the purpose of zakah? why is it compulsory?

• purifying wealth, and prevent excessive attachment from such possessions

• helping for those in needs/ less fortunate

• bridging relationship between muslims, and between Allah and His believers

In usrah, we don’t just grow together, but we grow closer to Allah. I hope people will still join usrah in the future, as it will upgrade ourselves into a better version!
