         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that one of the weakest was Articles could be amended (changed/Added) ONLY if ALL states approved, I believe this because the U.S had debt with foreign countries but they did not have any income because of a state that did not want to pay taxes. Although the other states had agreed to pay taxes one state had messed everything up. This was just one example of the disorganization situation. So due to the fact that the states had too much freedom to their will, the states could not accomplish anything nor pass any laws or bills that others suggested.</div>]]></description>

The states had the option of giving taxes and naturally they chose not to do so. This caused the states to go into a deep amount of debt with other foreign countries, since they couldn't pay off what they got during the war.<br><br></div>]]></description>
