What is the new language we will be using?
What is our point of difference?  how do we get that across?
As a board, we need to find a way to help the school focus on this.
Through strategic plan.  through our focus in meetings and discussions (and structure of our meetings).  Asking the school how it is doing those things.  Gauging for ourselves if it is part of the community; eg listening to the language the students use when talking about themselves and the school.

Are we expressing values, or are we expressing Catholic values?  do we know what the difference is?

Excellence in education.  Look at data more, because prospective parents do.  how are we performing?
But, being wholistic, do we have evidence of other strength areas; eg wellbeing, pastoral care
