Problem: Tests

Tests are persistent systematic barrier to education because they fail to consider the neurological limitations of the developing brain.

Proposed measure: Remove tests from 1-12 grades.
Schools expect a student on average to answer over 15,000 test questions in the first 12 years of school. This practice is egregiously oppressive and frustrates the purpose of education.

Solution: Transparency

Step 1: Publish any variation of the 15,000 test questions with the answers and explanations.

Step 2: Incorporate and depict the 15, 000 questions, answers and explanations in the curriculum.

Step 3: Guarantee students who master the 15,000 a high school diploma
The three steps will remove uncertainty from 1-12 education and provide a clear platform for children, parents and teachers.

Objective: Make education available to all children
P.S. This is not about contents of exams or curriculum. It is about the delivery system.
