1. Customer Service - The priority is to provide excellent customer service in assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and purchases either in person or over the phone.

2. Team Collaboration - Performing with other members of the sales team to achieve targets and business objectives every month. (Collaborate with fuel attendants , other cashiers and managers)

3. Organizational Skills - restocking shelves, and ensuring that products are well-organized and displayed attractively to maximize sales opportunities.

4. Safety Awareness - Being aware of potential hazards and understanding safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the workplace.

4. Maintaining Safety Standards: Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines at all times, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) such as helmets, gloves, and coverall.

5. Communicating with Team Members: Maintain clear and effective communication with rigging team members, crane operators, supervisors, and other personnel involved in lifting and rigging operations to coordinate tasks and ensure safety and efficiency.

The COVID-19 pandemic compelled me to transition to online learning, which posed a challenge given my preference for in-person classes and my strong enjoyment of learning. The challenge I encountered during online learning was the difficulty in maintaining focus during classes due to various distractions, making it challenging to concentrate on the learning material. From this problem, I've learned the importance of maintaining self-discipline and motivation to stay focused on my goals as well as the necessity of adaptability during this pandemic . This transition highlighted the importance of adaptability and tech literacy.
