I already did something earlier in my taekwondo club which I helped some of my fellow beginner or new clubmates that attended taekwondo, since I already know a couple of knowledge about taekwondo, I decided to help some of the student instructors to demonstrate basic skills to new members since it was just all about basic techniques.

As a Lasallian who aspires to be a leader, being responsible for our actions is at most a wonderful action. Being responsible not only means that we are being aware of what we are doing, but be more accountable for our actions also. It simply means that throwing our trash when we finish doing our things, is simply a way for us to be responsible and active as a leader. Not only that, being responsible simply ensures that no one is not accountable for their actions.

Based on the presentation, one small action I can start doing is showing more compassion and care for my peers. This includes helping them out if they need assistance in their school works and if they find any lesson confusing. With this, I can show my competence by exhibiting mastery and understanding of lessons and also my confidence by teaching them what I know confidently.

A personal goal I want to accomplish this week. For one is to be confident when you have adequately prepared for a task, take 1 minute and 30 seconds to clear my mind before committing to the task.
