In my opinion, communication is the intention of exchanging information with other person.

In the movie, Mirco goes blind and has to learn to interpret braille. The child is not interested in learning in the traditional way, and that is why the teacher helps him to learn in a different way.

The same goes for teaching English. Since it is not our mother tongue, it is difficult and we have to learn strategies to learn it.
