difference of a Good Learner is about understanding the problem is because he able to adapt it quickly, and understand it based on what he is listening, he understand the topic already with his ears 

The Good Student on the other hand is all about obeying the rules of the school, the Good Students have called "Studying the topic" although he cannot adapt it quickly, he can know the topic by studying the topic with his eyes.
