Lulonke has shown fantastic growth in his fine motor skills, which is truly heartwarming for any teacher. He demonstrates a strong pencil grip and colours neatly, staying within the lines as he works. His confidence with the pencil has blossomed, allowing him to enjoy colouring even more. He also loves to play with play dough, skillfully rolling it into balls and snakes, and practising his cutting skills. While he has made great improvements in cutting, he sometimes needs a little encouragement to keep going.

As he continues to engage in fine motor activities, it is clear that he is becoming a more confident little boy. His enthusiasm for participating shines through, and it is delightful to see him enjoying the process of learning and developing his skills. With support and encouragement, he will continue progressing and mastering these important fine motor abilities.

Lulonke loves taking part in fun activities that help his body grow strong. He enjoys jumping high and is improving at doing star jumps and lunges. Each time he jumps, he feels more confident in using his big muscles. Playing on the jungle gym is one of his favourite activities and helps him develop strength too.

When it is time for Buzzi Bodies, he gets very excited! He understands that these activities are not only fun but also help him stay active and healthy. By playing and moving, he is learning to control his body and use his muscles in different ways, which makes him feel proud of what he can achieve.

Lulonke has shown wonderful improvement in his visual skills! He now finds it easier to learn using pictures, which makes learning enjoyable for him. He can recall shapes that have been shown and discussed, demonstrating a clear understanding of them. He is also able to complete patterns on the pegboards, showing that he knows how to create sequences independently. He is doing an amazing job, and I am very proud of his progress!

Lulonke enjoys our auditory lessons, where we explore different sounds! He gets excited when we listen to loud and soft noises, making learning so much fun. During sound games, he shows great enthusiasm, and his eyes light up with joy. He loves discovering how different sounds can change our feelings and experiences.

Storytime is another favourite for him. He pays close attention and listens carefully to every word. The stories we share help him understand sounds better, and he often asks questions about what he hears. His curiosity about sounds makes him eager to participate, and it is wonderful to see him develop his auditory skills!

Lulonke is a cheerful boy who loves coming to school every day. When the bus driver brings him to class, he feels excited and ready to learn. He is very independent, eating his meals by himself and using the bathroom on his own. He also knows how to ask for help when he needs it, which shows he is confident and aware of his needs.

In addition to being independent, he is very social. He enjoys playing with his friends and happily shares toys with them. Lulonke likes to interact with different classmates, demonstrating that he is friendly and enjoys being part of a group. His ability to play and share with others is a wonderful part of his personality and helps him build strong friendships.

Lulonke has really tried his best and has become more confident during morning ring when we learn about the days of the week, months of the year, and seasons. Even when he does not speak, he pays close attention to his teacher and classmates. I believe that, over time, as he continues to receive speech therapy, his speech will continue to improve.

Lulonke has made wonderful progress this year. Our main focus has been to help him feel settled and confident in the classroom environment while supporting the development of his English, Mathematics, and Life Skills. It has been rewarding to see his growing engagement and ability to focus during learning activities. Although he is not yet able to express himself verbally, he demonstrates clear understanding and learning through his participation, responses, and interactions. He is also showing encouraging development in his Additional Languages, even though he is not yet expressing himself in these areas. We are very proud of his efforts and continued growth.
