1. How do Interactionist Sociologist look at education?
The Pygmalion effect- says that teachers like the students they influence more best. But in reality they need to give all students from below average,to average, to very smart all the same attention. 
2. Personal & social development- schools give students opportunities to interact, learn to behave, & develop attitude, values, & beliefs if they fail to become part of the school they tend to become alienated/ disengage & are at an increased risk for dropping out

Interactionist sociologists are interested in the self-fulfilling prophecy because it is a prediction that leads to behavior that makes the prediction come true. The sociologists found that when teachers treat students as if they are smart the students believe they are and will succeed but when teachers expect students to do poorly those students think of themselves as inferior and do poorly.

-Some schools individualize in the special talents and abilities of students at a young age. and then they get put through a a series of tests and get evaluated through exams, interviews. Schools all around teach  curriculum designed to help students understand ethnic backgrounds, they also offer essays and exams that college entrance and future employment depend on.
