The difference between the population in the 1900s vs. 2000s vs. now is that there has been a dramatic population increase in Africa and Asia and a population decrease in Europe and North America. Due to changing social customs, people in first-world countries like Europe and North America have better access to education and money, meaning they don't have to have as many children. People in third-world countries usually have many children. Now, countries in Africa and Asia are experiencing longer life expectancies than before, so the population is continuing to increase.

The majority of the world's money is in North America, Europe, and East Asia. I think that this is because they produce and sell the most goods in the world. Their top exports would be manufactured goods and technology. I think that this is because many citizens are educated enough and society there is more industrial.

I think that it is the government's responsibility to share the wealth. They could control how much each tax bracket could contribute to distributing wealth not only in their country but around the world. Billionaires could also contribute to share their excessive and unnecessary wealth to those in extreme poverty.

Compared to the rest of the world, cases and deaths of COVID-19 are relatively slim in Africa. I think that this is because not many people travel there and it is more "isolated" compared to other continents. Additionally, due to prior colonization many African countries aren't interconnected and don't have many roads or modes of transportation.

Based on the education maps, Africa has the lowest percentage of young children, women, and adult literacy compared to all other continents. Prior European colonization and slavery caused their to be a generational effect on Africans since they were prohibited from reading or writing in fear of an uprising. Now, lack of resources and technology attribute to their low literacy rates.

Compared to other countries, Africa seems to be "behind" the US in terms of health, education, economy, and more. European colonization and suppression contributed to their "fall" and struggle for independence and prosperity.
