<title>Suggestions for hiring CPO: the PCLT should be involved in the interview process. Is there a way to engage the entire PC in the process? The entire ZTT agency has been invited to the senior technology officer presentations/interviews, perhaps the PC can do the same for the CPO candidates.</title>

<title>I heard some great information about repositioning the Policy Center, so that are strengths are aligned with our desired impacts. What are the key issues or concerns that originally led to ZTT leadership restructuring the Policy Center? What situations or data informed those concerns? And how will restructuring address those concerns?</title>

<title>With lots of new faces especially in policy center leadership and more new people to come, how are we prioritizing relationship building? <title>Both Myra and Miriam shared how &quot;big&quot; this job is. I strongly suggest that the new CPO has access (and is strongly encouraged to engage in) reflective supervision/consultation. It is imperative for our leaders to experience and model reflective practice as we all agree that the parallel process is a critical element of our work. </title>

<title>Agree with the comment regarding the job of the CPO being a &quot;big job&quot;. It would be helpful to know how the new structure will help support the role and also how the CPO will be involved in supporting the Policy Center team as an advocate for our work. It is important for the CPO to have a great understanding of the work of the Policy Center and how the way we work is different than other policy shops/ orgs. </title>
