Hello, this is Vincent and Agam. Today we’re going to talk about the similarities and differences of Ningaloo Reef and The Grampians.

Firstly, for the Grampians the best time to visit is in summer, and the best time to visit Ningaloo reef is in September and October. Some restaurants near Ningaloo Reef like the Blue Lip Fish and Chips sells fish and chips plus stuff like calamari and chicken wings. Restaurants in the Grampians include; Raccalto Pizzeria and Gelato Guys. The animals that can be found are like dingos, goats, manta rays and more. The reef is probably the only reef that is found on the west side of a continent. There are so many things to do that you might not be able to do all of them. Plus the reef is 32000 years old, it’s rival is Exmouth a small town and it’s size is 260km long. Some interesting facts about the Grampians are; It’s called the ‘Garden of Australia’ because of it’s nearly 1,000 native plant species! Also the local Aboriginals call it ‘Gariwerd’ and have been inhabiting the area for over 20,000 years!

Both places are in Queensland and they are perfect to visit in the hot seasons since they are tropical beaches.

There were so many people going to visit Noosa and it had a population of 56,587. It is so quiet and relaxing here in Port Douglas, there is a population of 12,000 people. 56,587 compared to 12,000 is a huge difference!

According to the population, Port Douglas and Noosa are quite similar and is totally recommended visiting!

Hello, this is Parker and Orin here. Today we will be talking about the similarities and differences between Canberra and Byron Bay.
Similarities
● They’re both in New South Wales.
● They both have many cafes.
● Their best times to visit are September to November.
● They both have beaches.
Difference
● Byron Bay is a town and Canberra is a city?
● Bryon Bay has about 9000 people and Canberra has 400000.
● The temperatures at Byron Bay are usually like 20 degrees and Canberra is lower.
● It costs $1915 to live in Byron Bay and $918 in Canberra.
Now let’s talk about Canberra. Going to Canberra is fun and if you go to Canberra between September and November there will be the best weather. There are lots of places to go to including the Australian war memorial. Fun fact the last time Canberra had a snowfall was in 1968 and 10.7% of Canberrans are over 65 years old. Here are some animals that live in Canberra Wombats, Brush-tailed rock-wallaby, Eastern bettong, Australian water dragon, Tasmanian devil, Tiger quoll, Lace monitor, Common eastern froglet, Bibron's toadlet and Macquarie perch and much more.

Time to talk about Byron Bay. Byron Bay is best to visit in September to November. The activities include kayaking, surfing and more. You can go to The Pass, a beach or Minyon Falls, a HUGE waterfall, as well as many more places. These are some restaurants in Byron Bay, e.g. Byron Fresh Cafe. Fun fact, before Captain James Cook found it, Byron Bay had the Arakwal Australian Aboriginal living for 20,000 or more years. There are also animals like koalas and possums.
