KunafA With cream

the ingredients:

Half a kilo of kunafa.

Half a kilo of melted butter.

2 cups milk.

3 tablespoons of starch.

A cup of sweets cream.

Half a cup of cream.

2 tablespoons of sugar.

2 cups of syrup.

How to prepare kunafa with cream:

Dissolve the starch in cold milk in a saucepan, then put it on the stove and continue to stir it until the mixture becomes a little thick.

Add the sweets cream and keep stirring for 3 minutes, then remove the mixture from the heat and add the cream, then stir the mixture until the ingredients are well mixed, and leave the mixture aside until it cools.

Put the kunafa in a large bowl and add the melted butter to it and mix well.

Bring the oven tray and put half the amount of kunafa in it, then add the previously prepared cream and put the other half of the kunafa.

Put the tray in an oven at a temperature of 200 degrees until golden.

Take the tray out of the oven and then cook it, ready to serve.
