Step 1 - raising heart rate
Step 2 - dynamic stretches
Step 3 - sports specific activity.

These are procedure of the cool down
Step 1 - lower the heart rate, by doing a light jog.
Step 2 - static stretches.
Step 3 - take on liquids.

Analyse

Step 1 - get oxygen around the body. Preparing you’re body for the physical demands ahead.
Step 2 - increase the range of movement in the muscles and joints around specific muscle groups and joint groups being use during the exercise.
Step 3 - for example in rugby pass the rugby ball and running moves. This allows us to get within the game, preparing us mentally and physically for the game ahead.

Analyse of cool down.

Step 1 - reduce the heart rate back to Normal, resting heart rate. If you don’t lower you’re heart rate, you’re muscles stay active. Leading to diseases such as
Osgood-Schlatter’s
Step 2 - reduce the potential DOMS. And also reduces the the amount of waste products like Lactic acid to get build up. By doing dynamic stretches I get rid of these waste products. If you don’t static stretches things will occur such as cramping, which can cause great pain.
Step 3 - reducing the chance of dizzinesses or fainting caused lack of water because during exercises you lose alot of liquid and it is crucial that you replenish this. This could lead to dehydration.

Fire alarm

Step 1 - tell the participants to stop what they are doing.
Step 2 - calm everyone down, and tell them to take none of there possessions and leave the building in a orderly fashion.
Step 3 - evacuate building
Step 4 - go to the fire assembly point
Step 5 - take the register.
Step 6 - If the fire brigade hasn’t been called. Call them.

Analyse

Step 1 - by telling everyone to stop it allows all the attention to be on you. And then you proceed to give orders.
Step 2 - by calming people down it allows the atmosphere to be stable. Meaning that nobody will be rushing around. Everyone will be in a calm manor. Which allows people to not be running around causing more problems. And distractions.
Step 3 - getting everyone out as fast and safely as possible. So there is more chance of everyone surviving.
Step 4 - go to fire assembly points, which gets everyone together in a safe area. This means everyone is at minimal risk from the fire and any other harm.
Step 5 - by taking a register it allows you to know where everyone is and wether someone is still in the building. And if someone is in the building you can tell the fire fighter who it is and they can call there name once in the building making it easier to find the person. And therefore possibly saving a life.
Step 6 - if there is a big fire and can’t be put out youreself with fire extinguishers. The fire bridage needs to be alerted as soon as possible, if they haven’t already. As long as a fire engine is coming it’s good. This means the fire can be put out as fast as possible, reduced the chance of injury or damage.
