-the 3 laptops we sign out to students for in library use are used all the time for students on study blocks, students who have been sent by teachers to get work done, etc. 
-I would like at least 10 laptops for students to sign out for in library use, but it would still take a lot of time to get them signed out with turnover every block. Unless they are only reserved for classes who come down to the library, and teachers sign them out to their own classes in the library.  I'd prefer that any student who use the library be able to use the laptops
