What more is needed: I think more is needed as far as creating teacher assessments for SLO purposes. Some teachers have had training, many have not. Especially before they are due at the end of the year. We also continue to need time to work on our assessments. It's not just done the first time we make it, there's a continual process of revising/ getting feedback, etc.

I also like the idea of a separate checklist for process - to help students navigate the assessment step-by-step - so they know what a quality process looks like.
