Some teachers have had training, many have not. Especially before they are due at the end of the year. We also continue to need time to work on our assessments. It's not just done the first time we make it, there's a continual process of revising/ getting feedback, etc.

I like the "meet plus" language in the "4" column. I also like the idea of a separate checklist for process - to help students navigate the assessment step-by-step - so they know what a quality process looks like. I would like to continue to use more "kid-friendly" language on my rubrics so it's more accessible and understandable without me having to explain to students what the 4,3,2,1 categories mean.

It is always interesting to see how others score and write rubrics. I would have appreciated more final products and could have brought some with me to share - sometimes looking at a rubric did not give me all that I wanted to know about the skills, content, and purpose of the assignment. I loved seeing the different grade levels and content areas.
